Welcome to Amberser. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our social media / online storefronts, and any purchase of products from Amberser ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our site, placing an order, or communicating with us to make a purchase, you ("customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Amberser is a brand offering premium suits and salwars across our Nazaara (everyday wear), Utsav (festive wear), and Noor (occasional/wedding wear) collections, available in unstitched and stitched formats.

2. Products & Product Descriptions

We try to describe and display our products, including fabric, craft, and colour, as accurately as possible.

•      All products are unstitched by default. Stitching is offered as a paid add-on/customisation at the price shown at checkout.

•      Colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to lighting, photography, and device display settings. We do not guarantee an exact colour match to the product photograph.

•      Fabric weight, embroidery placement, and print positioning may vary slightly between pieces, as many of our products involve hand or machine craft processes; this is not considered a manufacturing defect.

•      We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, collection, or design at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website or through our official channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once we send you a confirmation message or invoice.

•      We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

•      In case of a cancelled order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the timeline stated in our Cancellations & Refunds section.

•      Please double-check size, colour, stitching option, and delivery address before confirming your order, as changes after confirmation may not always be possible.

4. Stitching & Customisation

•      Stitched orders are made based on the measurements you provide us at the time of order. Please ensure measurements are accurate; Amberser is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

•      Standard stitching turnaround time will be communicated to you at the time of order and is in addition to regular processing/dispatch time.

•      Stitched/customised garments, being made specifically for you, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect (see Section 7).

5. Pricing & Payment

•      All prices listed are in [INR] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

•      We accept payment through the modes made available at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, or other methods we may offer from time to time).

•      In the event of a pricing error on our website or listings, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

•      Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time your order is placed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

•      Orders are delivered within a maximum of two (2) weeks from the date of order confirmation, unless a different timeline is communicated to you at the time of order.

•      While we aim to deliver well within this window, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, logistics disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

•      Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout.

•      Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery where possible.
